- Balance payment due 15 days before camp start date
- Booking confirmation issued upon receipt of advance
- GST applicable as per government norms
- Cancellation 30+ days before: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Cancellation 15-29 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days: No refund
- Date change requests subject to availability and ₹500 transfer fee
- Signed parent/guardian consent form mandatory
- Medical fitness certificate from registered doctor required
- Copy of Aadhaar card/birth certificate required
- Emergency contact details mandatory
- Mobile phones not permitted during camp activities
- Strict adherence to camp schedule mandatory
- Disciplinary action for misconduct may result in early exit without refund
