Morning: Commando Training Kickoff

Arrive at the Panchgani campsite, receive a briefing on the commando training format, and bond with your squad through energetic icebreakers. Tackle the first 2 commando-style adventure activities — such as obstacle courses and rappelling — with structured debriefs that connect military-style discipline to corporate teamwork. Fuel up with a group lunch before the afternoon session.

Afternoon: Mission Finale & Debrief

Gear up for 2 more high-intensity commando challenges, each pushing teams to communicate clearly and perform under pressure. The program culminates in the Grand Mission Finale — a multi-stage commando challenge that puts all skills to the ultimate test. Close with a formal debrief, action planning, and departure.
