Beyond Adventure

  •  The Rara Lake Trek is a profound 7-day odyssey into the "Silent Frontier" of Northwestern Nepal. While the crowds gravitate toward the shadows of Everest and Annapurna, this journey leads to a destination of singular, untouched majesty: Rara Lake. Situated at 2,990 meters (9,810 feet) within the Mugu and Jumla districts, Rara is Nepal’s largest and deepest freshwater lake—a turquoise expanse of absolute clarity nestled within the nation’s smallest national park. This is a trek for the connoisseur of solitude, a journey through a landscape where the biodiversity is as rich as the medieval culture of the Khas people, and where the mountains are mirrored in a water so pure it feels celestial.
