The nearest railway station is the Tiruvannamalai Railway Station, which is well-connected to major cities including Chennai, and from there pilgrims can take a taxi or bus to reach their destination. Alternatively, pilgrims can also take a bus from Chennai's Koyambedu Bus Terminal, which offers regular bus services to Tiruvannamalai, making it a convenient option for those traveling .

Day 1
Depart from Chennai in the morning and travel to Tiruvannamalai, a journey of approximately 4 hours, check-in to the hotel and freshen up, visit the Arunachaleswarar Temple, one of the Pancha Bhoota Stalam, and have darshan of Lord Shiva, in the evening explore the Girivalam Path, a 14 km path around the holy hill of Arunachala, have dinner at a local restaurant and stay overnight at the hotel
Day 2
Start the day early and participate in the Girivalam, a ritual of circumambulating the holy hill, visit the eight Lingams located around the hill, have breakfast and lunch at local eateries, visit the Seshadri Swamigal Ashram and the Ramana Ashram, two of the most revered spiritual centers in Tiruvannamalai, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel
Day 3
Spend the day exploring the temples and ashrams of Tiruvannamalai, visit the Adi Annamalai Temple, the Skandasramam, and the Virupaksha Cave, have darshan at the Arunachaleswarar Temple, attend the evening puja and have dinner at a local restaurant, stay overnight at the hotel
Day 4
Check-out of the hotel after breakfast and visit the Asthalingams, a set of eight Shiva temples located around Tiruvannamalai, have lunch and depart for Chennai, a journey of approximately 4 hours, reach Chennai in the evening and conclude the pilgrimage tour
