Varanasi Pind Daan Tour Package

Beyond Pilgrimage

  • Varanasi, a revered holy town in Uttar Pradesh, is nestled along the banks of the sacred River Ganges, and is renowned for its numerous significant temples and Ghats that line the river's edge. The Ghats of Varanasi are often thronged with pilgrims, visitors, and priests, all engaged in performing various important Hindu rituals, one of the most significant being Pind Daan. This ancient ritual is deeply rooted in Hindu tradition, and it is believed that if Pind Daan of deceased ancestors is performed at the Ghats of Varanasi, their bodiless soul will be freed from all delusions and inclinations towards earthly life, allowing them to make the ultimate departure to the final haven of limitless peace.
