Experience First-timers with a basic level of fitness are welcome. This is an excellent introductory trek.
Fitness Criteria
1. The trekker should have sufficient stamina to cover 5 km of distance in 35 minutes without stress
3. Trekkers should be able to carry an 8-10 kg backpack; if offloading, a 3 kg daypack is sufficient.
4. If a trekker's BMI is outside the normal range (18-29), please consult our Trek Coordinator.

Dehradun to Hanumanchatti: Approximately 170 km (7 hours).
