Fitness Criteria
1. The person should be physically fit to jog for a sustained duration without excessive fatigue, showing sufficient cardiovascular endurance and lower-body strength necessary for outdoor physical activities.
2. The person must demonstrate the ability to bear backpack load comfortably during prolonged walking, without signs of muscle strain or loss of stability.
3. The person must be physically capable of sustained cycling activity, demonstrating cardiovascular fitness, lower-body strength, and controlled breathing.
4. Most trekking guidelines consider individuals with a BMI of 18.5–29.9 suitable for participation, provided they do not fall into extreme underweight or obesity categories that could limit performance during long-duration walks

Arrive at the base location near Kalu Waterfall and set up the campsite. Spend the evening relaxing in the natural surroundings, enjoying the peaceful forest environment and the distant sound of the waterfall.

Begin the day with a trek toward the waterfall, walking through forest trails and natural terrain. After spending time at the waterfall and soaking in the scenic views, return to the base and proceed with departure, concluding the trip.
