Masar Tal Trek in Uttarakhand | Young Guns Trekkers

Masar Tal Trek

Beyond Adventure

  • The Masar Tal Trek is not merely an excursion; it is a profound journey into the "High Arctic" of the Indian Himalayas. Nestled at a staggering altitude of 15,600 feet (4,755 meters), Masar Tal is a pristine, sapphire-hued glacial lake that serves as a silent witness to the raw power of the Lahaul and Spiti wilderness. This is a trek for the purists—those who seek the "Himalayas of the old world"—where trails are marked only by shepherd lore and the jagged silhouettes of mountains that have never known the hum of a machine.
