Sarkut Trek in Himachal Pradesh | Young Guns Trekkers

Sarkut Trek

Beyond Adventure

  • The Sarkut Trek is a profound 6-day high-altitude odyssey that serves as a gateway to the "Secret Heart" of the Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh. Rising to a majestic elevation of 4,200 meters (13,780 feet), this trek is a masterclass in Himalayan diversity, transitioning from the ancient, terraced agrarian life of the valley floors to a luminous, windswept plateau that touches the clouds. In a region of the Western Himalayas that remains beautifully defiant of commercial tourism, Sarkut stands as a sanctuary of silence, offering a rare communion with the jagged peaks of the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar ranges.
